Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Relic & Dear safe and lawful, you must not create or order cards containing the following. Prompts and images are moderated, and we may refuse or remove content.

Prohibited content

• Any sexual content involving minors: strictly prohibited and reported.
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Real public figures or celebrity likenesses used without rights.
• Anything unlawful, deceptive, or designed to harm.

Photos you upload

You can upload a photo to reimagine it as a card. By uploading, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have permission to use it.
• Everyone identifiable in it has consented to it being uploaded and stylised, and to receiving the finished card where relevant.
• You will not upload photos of other people in a way that is harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful, and you will not create misleading “deepfake” imagery.
• You will not upload images of children other than your own without the consent of a parent or guardian.

You remain responsible for the photos you upload. We may refuse or remove any upload and suspend accounts that breach this policy.
